Reminder: Notification for excused absences must be given to the Chapter Secretary no less than 24 hours prior to the meeting if you are unsure of whether you will be able to attend or not.
If an emergency should arise, the Member must contact the President and/or Secretary as soon as the Member realizes that they will not be able to attend the meeting or event.
